We changed the filament and added special quartz coatings to filter out those aggressive UV rays and the blinding white light. The result? A soft, gentle glow. Built for the steam Bathrooms are brutal on electronics. You’ve got crazy humidity and wild temperature swings. That’s why we use high-purity quartz glass. It can handle the “thermal shock” of being turned on in a freezing cold room without cracking. We also make sure the seals are airtight. If even a tiny bit of moisture sneaks into the filament chamber, the lamp is toast. The trade-off Now, here is the honest part. Because we filter the light to keep it safe, you lose a tiny bit of that raw, penetrating heat you’d find in an industrial drying oven.
